How do I sell my phone/device?

Simply search for your phone on the homepage, add it to the basket and fill in the order the form and then submit it, so that we can send you a sales pack and you can send us your phone.

How much is my phone/device worth?

Search and click your phone make and model in the search box. Once you have found it you will be able to see the price we are offering.

What is an IMEI number?

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a unique 15 digit serial number that all phones have. It can be found on the back of your phone, under the battery pack or if you enter *#06# into your phone, it will display the IMEI number.

Do you buy broken phones?

Yes, we buy phones, both in working (good condition) and non-working (faulty/damaged) phones.

How many phones/devices can I sell?

You can sell as many phones/devices as you want! If you are a business and would like to place a bulk order, contact us by calling 01482 427770 or email hello@rapidphonebuyer.co.uk.

What if I cannot find my phone/device on your website?

We update our website regularly, however, if you cannot find your phone or tablet, it is either obsolete or of no value. You can email us at hello@rapidphonebuyer.co.uk for more information.

Do you accept phones/devices that have £0 value?

Unfortunately, we do not accept phones that have no reuse value.

What should I do if I have sent the wrong phone/device?

Contact us by calling 01482 427770 or email hello@rapidphonebuyer.co.uk and we will resolve your problem.

The price of the phone/device I was going to send has changed. Do I get the original price you quoted?

The price quoted for your device at the time of order submission, will be guaranteed for 14 days only. If your device is not received by us within these 14 days, or does not adhere to our terms and conditions, then the current prices on our website will apply.

What if I have changed my mind and don't want to sell my phone/device. Will you return it?

You can cancel a sale at any point until you send us your device. Once you send your device, you cannot cancel it unless there is a dispute due to the condition of the device and you cannot accept the adjusted price we are offering to pay, only then we will return your device.

What if I have got the condition of the handset or model number wrong in the order form?

If you have listed the condition of the device or model number incorrectly, we will alter it and also adjust the price quoted to the current value.
