How will I be paid?
We will either pay you by cheque or by bank transfer. You can choose whichever option you prefer when you complete your order form. Once you have submitted your order form, you cannot change the payment option.
When will I be paid?
We will pay you within 24 hours of receiving and testing your phone/device whether it's by bank transfer or posting a cheque. You should receive the payment in your account within 2-3 hours while a cheque should arrive within 1-3 working days.
How do I know I have been paid?
We will send you an email confirmation of payment. You can also check 'My Account' on our website.
I have not received my cheque. What should I do?
If you have not received your cheque within five working days, it may be lost in the post. Contact us so that we can reissue the payment.
I have lost my cheque, can I get another one?
Yes, we can reissue a cheque; however, a £6 charge will apply and be deducted from the original cheque value to cover the costs of cancelling and reissuing the cheque.
